You have an allocation of 10 nets per week to use on training the attributes of any player you wish. To use a net you must have coaches but each coach can only give 1 net in their category (e.g. if you have 2 fielding coaches you will be able to use 2 fielding nets). The effect of each training session varies on different players depending on age (see below) as Primary skills nets (Batting, Bowling, Fielding and Wicket Keeping) have better effect on young players and secondary skills (Concentration and Consistency) develop faster amongst older players. Stamina is consistent throughout all ages except for 33 and above where players begin to steadily lose stamina.
There are 5 net types
Although each player can be allocated to more than one specialist coach, the effectiveness of the sessions will reduce with every duplication.
For example, if you allocate Botham to two batting sessions, he will get the full benefit from the first session, but due to the amount of work he has already done in that session, the amount he can possibly gain from the second session is much less. If he was allocated to a third batting session, he would receive again even less training. A fourth training session would only provide negligible benefit.
However, if Botham was told to also go to a bowling session as well as the batting ones, he would still get the full benefit from the first bowling session. Again, any subsequent sessions would also see a reduction in training received.
Secondary skill training
To receive Concentration and Consistency skill training, you must have Sport Psychologists (around 5-7 is optimal).
Concentration training is only received if you are training batting or keeping or fielding.
Consistency training is only received if you are training bowling or keeping or fielding.

Consistency & Concentration
Note- Primary nets (batting/bowling) will only increase the corresponding secondary (concentration/consistency). Eg, with one bowling net, a player will increase their consistency, but not concentration. With a bowling and a fielding net, a player will increase their consistency at the rate of BO + F, and their concentration at the rate of BA/BO/WK/F

Stamina takes 6 weeks to level (using one stam net per week) for players aged between 17 and 32.
For stamina training speeds for players aged 33 and over, see the Age page.
